CONSTRUCTION WORKER

Madalas pag nakakakita tayo ng magagandang bahay, ang nasa isip natin ay mayaman ang may ari, Galing ibang bansa, maganda ang trabaho dito sa atin o di kaya magnanakaw sa gobyerno. Pero nalilimutan natin na alamin kung sino ang gumawa. Pero sa akin ay nakatutuwang isipin na ang karamihan ng bahay ay gawa o yari ng mga taong hindi halos nakapag aral, ngunit hindi naging hadlang ang kakulangan sa kaalaman upang makabuo ng pag kakagagandang bahay, oo nga't may mga engr na nagtuturo, nakamamangha padin na nasusunod nila kung ano ang nais nating palabasin na magiging itsura ng bahay.

Kaya labis ako na humahanga sa kakayahan ng mga taong ito. Minsan naiisip ko na maswerte ako dahil nag uutos lang sa kanila ang trabaho ko, pero minsan naman naiinggit ako kasi magaling ang kanilang mga kamay. Hindi ko na tuloy maintindihan ang sarili ko.

Ngunit dito sa pilipinas kung sino pa ang tinatawag na skilled workers ay sya pa ang mababa ang tingin ng lipunan, pati sweldo mababa din, laging wala sa minimum wages pati mga benepisyo ay wala din. Labis ang aking kalungkutan pag nakikita ko ang mga tauhan ko na kinakapos sila sa pang araw-araw nilang gastusin, pero hindi ko maaring ipakita sa kanila na apektado ako sa kanilang kasalukuyang kalagayan. Paano magkakasya ang halagang 250 per day kung may asawa ka, 3 ang anak at nag uupa pa ng bahay? eh halos wala ng natitira sa kanila pag dating ng sweldo sa kadahilanang kinakaltas na ang mga nakuha nila sa canteen ng construction.

Wala akong magawa sa kalagayan nila dahil trabahador lang din naman ako, at hindi ko maipadama sa kanila na ramdam ko sila, ( ala mar roxas ) Kaya sana mapansin ng govyerno ang kalagayan ng mga construction workers. Lalong lalo na ni Sen. Manny Villar kasi sya ang may pinaka maraming contractor ng bahay. Taasan nya ang bayad sa mga contractor nya ng taasan din naman ng mga contractor ang sweldo ng mga trabahador. Sana lang mangyari at hindi ibulsa ng mga contractor.

Para naman maka ahon sa lugmok ng kahirapan ang mga construction workers. sana.

For every hardship we face , constantly our wages is getting smaller in value and daily commodities are getting costly day by day. We cannot make enough earnings to accommodate our basic needs. And what want to changes it.

But we all asked, who will do the first step to make a change? We always said: it must be GOD; or it must be the GOVERNMENT. Simply because they are in the position to make a decision.

Shall the right decision come from people in good dresses? Or shall it come from those in the Position or Educated person. Most often, we always value what they say and it is a law that we always need to follow. We rely everything to them, even the life of our family. But don’t we realize that it’s been so long to wait for the changes we wanted if we just being reliant to them?

You doesn’t need to be a good dresser or an educated person to make a right or wrong decision. What we just need is courage to awake the sleeping. Don’t let us wait for the time that our children blame us on their hardship in life simply because we don’t fight to have them a good life.


Dont rely to others for our destiny. Destiny doesn’t come from other people, no one written it yet. You are the key for what you are going to be in the future, you cannot blame anyone. And if you are suffering from difficulties in life because it is what you choose.

God created us with freedom to choose on who we want to be and what is good for our living. We have the right to fight for the future of our children and family.

How could we make the things we done always right? Oftentimes, it is what we always ask when we made things wrong. There are things we are often done or face day after day but then how we can’t make our work done appropriately.

A lot of people ask themselves why they got bored in the work they’re doing. It is not our work or people in our environment that make the mistake, it is within our self. We encounter different problems everyday though if we only distinguish the fact that it begin within our self, not the work nor our environment. But then again it is our work and the people we blamed for it.

When we bring our personal problems at work oftentimes we made mistakes from what we are doing, we do affect our fellow co-workers too. We became prickly even in simple things.

Next to this, we then feel the boredom and we’re not happy anymore to what we are doing, we can’t work harmoniously even to our fellow co-workers . You are beginning to become worst because we’re not happy anymore.

It is very important that a person is happy to what he is doing because apparently you will done your work efficiently, enthusiastic and harmoniously to your co-workers.

To become efficient at work, always ask our self, “Am I happy?” , if not then you have no alternative but to left and find what the kind of work you be happy to do. If you remain doing it you will find yourself wreck as well as to your co-workers.

Many of us remain to our work for the longest time, it not because of the compensation. The only secret is because you enjoy what you’re doing and you find fulfillment in your heart. Money is just second best.

Always remember that a joyful person gains many good things and many good friends too.
